2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy informs you about the processing of personal data when you visit our website or contact us in connection with our consulting services.

Our services are directed exclusively at business customers (B2B).

3. Hosting of the Website (Wix)

Wix may process data in the European Union, Israel, or other jurisdictions. Israel is recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR. Where transfers to third countries occur, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are implemented.

A Data Processing Agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Wix.

4. IT Infrastructure and Data Storage

Business-related personal data may be stored and synchronized via Apple iCloud (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland) for backup and data security purposes. Apple acts as a processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR.

Personal data may also be processed in the United States or other third countries. In such cases, appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR, in particular the conclusion of Standard Contractual Clauses, are implemented.

If you contact us via the contact form, the following data may be processed:

  • Company name (if provided)

  • Email address

  • Phone number (if provided)

  • Message content

Purpose:​

  • Processing your inquiry and responding to your request.

Legal basis:​

Your data may be processed by technical service providers acting as processors (e.g., hosting providers) in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

We store inquiries only as long as required to process the request and fulfill statutory retention obligations.

If you contact us directly by email, the data you transmit will be processed to handle your request.

​Email communication is handled via Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google acts as a processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR. Personal data may also be processed in the United States or other third countries. In such cases, appropriate safeguards, in particular the conclusion of Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR, are implemented.

Please note that email communication may have security vulnerabilities. If you require confidential communication, please contact us by alternative secure means.

7. Cookies

The website uses cookies and similar technologies.

We distinguish between:

  • Analytics cookies (Wix Analytics)

Technically necessary cookies are required for basic functionality and security and are processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and § 165 TKG 2021.
